SweetShot is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Device Information: Basic device and system information for crash reporting and debugging purposes only.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics via TelemetryDeck to help us improve the app. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
• Payment Information: If you purchase SweetShot Pro, payment is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details.

2. Local Processing

All your recordings, screenshots, and media files are processed and stored locally on your Mac. We never have access to your content. Your videos, images, and any personal data within them never leave your device.

3. No Account Required

SweetShot does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information through the app itself.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. View their privacy policy
• TelemetryDeck: Privacy-first analytics. View their privacy policy
• Sparkle: In-app updates. Update checks are performed directly with our server and contain no personal information.

5. Data Retention

Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to retain. Crash reports and analytics data are automatically deleted after 90 days.

6. Children's Privacy

SweetShot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights
