We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SweetShot for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license is for your personal use and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to others.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

SweetShot, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Apptractor Development. Your subscription grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using SweetShot, including recordings, screenshots, and exported media. We claim no rights to your content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SweetShot. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the application and agree to these Terms.
SweetShot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptractor Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of SweetShot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SweetShot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
