1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SweetShot for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license is for your personal use and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to others.

2. Free and Pro Versions

SweetShot is available in two versions:

• Free: Full access to all core features with a SweetShot watermark and 1080p export limit.
• Pro: Removes watermark, enables 4K export, and unlocks personal branding features. Requires a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Terms

Pro subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account.
• Upon cancellation, you retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase affects their subscription.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Distribute, sell, or share your license with others.
• Use SweetShot for illegal purposes or to create illegal content.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Attempt to circumvent licensing or copy protection mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

SweetShot, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Apptractor Development. Your subscription grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using SweetShot, including recordings, screenshots, and exported media. We claim no rights to your content.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use SweetShot. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the application and agree to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SweetShot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptractor Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of SweetShot.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SweetShot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
